You can cancel or modify your Stussy order within 24 hours of confirmation. Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

  • Your order was never delivered.
  • You received a defective item or one that did not match your order.

If the item you received is not as described, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it. For defective, damaged, or non-compliant products, please contact us by email so we can offer you an exchange.
